Zachery W – Chief of Morley

My role at Hull Trinity House Academy is Chief of Morley. My Job as Chief of Morley is to act as a role model, build a good relationship with the students and officers on Morley squads, support the squads on Morley, for example, if there is an issue on the squad then I will try and sort it out, and lastly, lead by example.

The things I like about HTHA is the strong maritime heritage, the house structure and student leadership, the uniform and identity and lastly the historic locations and facilities the students have the chance to go to if they go to Trinity.

When I leave Trinity, I would like to stay in education by going to College, and then after college go to University. But after College and University I would like to have a career in refereeing rugby league and hopefully make it all the way to super league.

My hobbies and interests are that I like watching football and rugby outside of school. But my hobbies are refereeing on the weekend but also watch the F1 that is usually on the TV at the weekend.

The advice I would give to new students is that to respect the uniform and what it stands for, don’t be afraid to ask for help if you are stuck or if you have any issues, take opportunities to lead, be yourself, but be your best self and build positive relationships with the officers, staff and other students.
