We’re excited to launch this year’s Bronze Duke of Edinburgh’s Award! The DofE is an incredible opportunity for Year 10’s to challenge themselves, develop new skills, and create memories that last a lifetime.

Through the programme, you’ll take part in four exciting sections:

  • Volunteering – make a difference in your community.
  • Physical – get active and improve your fitness.
  • Skills – learn or develop a new talent.
  • Expedition – work as a team to plan and complete an outdoor adventure.

After-school sessions will begin after Christmas, running on Mondays from 2:45–3:45pm in Science 6, where you’ll learn map reading, navigation, and expedition skills.

  • Sign-up deadline: Friday, 28th November
  • Cost: £90 per person (covers registration, training, and expedition transport). Payment can be made via My Child at School, and installments are available.
  • Please note, there are only 24 places, offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Take the first step in your adventure – build confidence, gain valuable skills, and stand out from the crowd.
