Alex G – Chief of Harrison

As Chief of Harrison, my job is to watch over the House of Harrison and help support the students in it. It’s a role I take pride in, as it gives me the chance to encourage others and contribute to the positive atmosphere of the school. One of the things I enjoy most about school is the parade, it’s a time where everyone comes together and shows their house spirit. I also really appreciate how helpful and supportive the teachers are. They’re always willing to go the extra mile to help students succeed, which makes a big difference.
When I leave school, I hope to pursue a career in agriculture. It’s an area I’ve always been passionate about, especially because of my interest in vintage tractors. Outside of school, I enjoy restoring old tractors and learning about the history behind them. It’s a rewarding hobby that combines hands-on work with a connection to the past.
If I could give one piece of advice to a new student, it would be this: to get the best out of the school, you need to give your best from the very beginning. Work hard, stay involved, and don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it.
