My job is Chief of Parade, I am responsible for everything to do with parade, from making sure the flag goes up too ensure parade ends and finishes at the right time and overall responsibility of parade so it is ran smoothly and effectively to carry on the special tradition that it is.

HTHA is a special place, there is no school like it, our traditions and values date back 3 centuries in the maritime industry, an industry of vast importance to our country and its functioning. We have always been one of the best schools in Hull not only results but in the decency, dignity, integrity and uniform of the students.

I am going to go to Wyke College once I leave secondary school. Hull Trinity House Academy provides a solid foundation for college by offering a rigorous academic curriculum, a variety of extracurricular activities, and personalized support. With a strong emphasis on discipline, independent learning, and critical thinking, students are encouraged to develop the skills needed for higher education. The school also fosters a sense of responsibility and teamwork through community projects and leadership opportunities, ensuring that you’re not only prepared academically but also socially and emotionally for the challenges of college life.

I’m passionate about both rugby and boxing, which keep me active and disciplined. Rugby teaches me teamwork and strategy, while boxing helps me build strength and focus. Outside of sports, I’m a dedicated Hull F.C. supporter, always cheering them on during games and showing my pride for the team. These hobbies keep me grounded, fit, and connected to my community.

My advice for new students would be just enjoy it, sometimes school can be hard, especially our school as we require more of you than the average school, which sets us apart from any other school in the country. Little things like these add up over time and when the time comes you could be seen as a potential officer. I would also say to always strive for more in and out of the classroom it’s always important to constantly be pushing yourself, and Trinity will help you do that.
