Hi, my name is Zack, the Captain at Hull Trinity House Academy, this means I am responsible for all the Officers and all the traditions: parade, monthly chapel services and special events. As the highest-ranking Officer in the school I regularly speak to the other Officers and the Principal to help make improvements to Parade and the Academy to improve the student experience at Trinity.

The rich history of the Academy makes it unique and a special place for staff and students to work. The connections the school has with companies in and around Hull enables them to put on careers fairs and nights. These events have helped me decide what I want to do in the future when I leave school.

Outside of the academy I box 3-nights week and over the course of the year I have boxed for the Yorkshire select team on the Isle of Man where I won my fight.

My advice to any student is to take pride in themselves and what they do and treat others how you would want to be treated.
